1. We are a tool, not a service provider
LocalBooking helps businesses list their services, set their hours, and take appointments online. We do not perform, supervise, license, or vet the services offered on booking pages. The craft is entirely the business's own.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on LocalBooking — including business descriptions, service names, or content produced by our system — constitutes medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
3. Independent businesses
Every business listed on LocalBooking is independently owned and operated. Bookings are contracts between the customer and that business. Cancellations, refunds, quality of service, and any dispute are between those two parties. We are happy to help mediate but hold no legal responsibility for the outcome.
4. Accuracy of information
Business names, prices, hours, and staff details are entered and maintained by business owners themselves. While we work to keep the platform reliable, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or currency of any listing. Confirm important details directly with the business when in doubt.
5. Third-party integrations
Some features rely on third-party services — Google Sheets, email delivery, calendar links. Their availability and correctness are governed by their own terms. We are not liable for outages or errors originating from those services.
6. Use at your own risk
You are responsible for how you use the platform, the information you share, and the decisions you make based on appointments booked through it. If a listing or interaction feels wrong, stop and report it to trust@localbooking.app.
7. Contact
